At Bigpoxy Floors LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work and the materials we use. Our goal is to deliver flooring solutions that not only meet your expectations—but exceed them. This warranty outlines the terms, conditions, and responsibilities associated with your epoxy flooring system.

✅ 1-Year Limited Warranty

All Bigpoxy installations come with a one-year limited warranty covering workmanship and installation integrity.

This warranty includes:

Peeling, lifting, or bubbling of the epoxy coating due to improper installation

Delamination or loss of adhesion not caused by substrate shifting

Premature wear or failure under normal residential or commercial use

If a warranted issue arises within the first 12 months, Bigpoxy will inspect the affected area and determine whether a repair or refinishing is necessary—

at our discretion.

⚠️ What This Warranty Does Not Cover

Certain conditions and external factors are beyond our control and are not covered

under this warranty, including but not limited to:

Natural movement or settling of the concrete slab

Cracks forming due to shifting foundations or underlying structural instability

Moisture vapor transmission from the substrate (hydrostatic pressure)

Damage from snowmelt, heavy rain, flooding, or extreme weather

Chemical spills (e.g., paint thinner, battery acid, harsh cleaners)

Damage caused by dragging heavy objects, tools, or equipment

Scratches, gouges, or chips from impact or negligenceLack of regular maintenance or failure to follow care instructions

🧽 Maintenance Requirements for Warranty Coverage

To maintain your warranty, proper upkeep of the flooring system is essential.

Please follow the care guidelines below:

Interior Flooring Maintenance

Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove debris

Mop using a mild soap like Dawn, Simple Green, or Purple Power—avoid abrasive tools

Clean up spills promptly and do not let water pool

Avoid using harsh chemicals or acidic cleaners

Exterior Flooring Maintenance

Clean with a pressure washer (on a safe PSI setting with a wide spray nozzle)

Use a gentle soap solution for deep cleaning

Only use plastic shovels during snow removal to avoid scratching

🔁 Resealing Recommendations

To maintain visual appeal and surface durability, resealing is highly recommended after the following timeframes:

Every 8 years for Flake, Quartz, or Metallic finishes

Every 5–8 years for Vuba Stone or Rubber systems

Resealing is not included in the warranty but can be quoted separately.

👀 Free Annual Inspections

We offer complimentary annual inspections to review your floor’s condition and recommend preventative maintenance or resealing when appropriate. If we suggest necessary maintenance and it’s not addressed in a timely manner, the warranty may be void.
